Goodwill Announces Three New Board Members for 2026

Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA announced the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors, effective 2026.

The new board members are Sanford G. Duke, MD, W. Jonathan Martin II, and Charlie Wall.

Sanford G. Duke, MD is Chief Clinical Officer for Atrium Health Navicent, and physician executive lead for Georgia providing clinical, operational, and strategic leadership across the state. With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Duke moved into healthcare administration after nearly two decades practicing as an Otolaryngologist. He is actively engaged in the community, serving as President of the Georgia Chapter of ACHE, Chairman of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Georgia, and a Board Member of the Macon Volunteer Clinic.

W. Jonathan Martin II returns to the Goodwill board, bringing decades of legal expertise and a longstanding history of service to the organization. A respected labor and employment attorney, Martin is an Office Managing Partner with Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP, where he advises employers on complex labor relations and employment matters. He previously served in board leadership roles with Goodwill and has been a consistent supporter of the organization’s growth and its mission to help individuals achieve stability, skills, and opportunity through work. In addition to his legal practice, Martin serves as State Staff Judge Advocate for the Georgia Air National Guard, where he holds the rank of Colonel.

Charlie Wall is co-founder and president at Loop Consulting, a technology consulting practice focused on the Workday Enterprise Cloud Management platform and digital transformation. Charlie serves on the Board of Directors of the Hull College of Business, The Hale Foundation, and SCI Operations, a workforce solutions holding company operating in Executive Search, Direct-Hire Recruitment, Professional Staffing, and Clinical Staffing. Prior to co-founding Loop, Charlie held various positions with Textron, and ADP. Charlie earned his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and MBA from Augusta University.
