Strategic Plan

For nearly 50 years, Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA has built lives, families, and communities one career at a time by helping people develop their God-given gifts through education, work, and career services. What began in Macon in 1975 has grown into a regional community of learning and opportunity serving 35 counties in Georgia and South Carolina.

Our 2030 Strategic Plan looks ahead to the next decade with one purpose: to expand opportunity for all. Through stronger partnerships, innovative learning, and a focus on people, we’re building a more connected and thriving region, one career at a time.
