The Edgar’s Hospitality Group is compelled by three important missions: provide guests with an exceptional dining experience, create innovative and exciting meals and enable the local community to lift up neighbors through partnership with Helms College and its dynamic training program. Named after Dr. Edgar Helms, the founder of Goodwill, Edgar’s Hospitality Group is the hospitality division of Goodwill Industries that manages Augusta’s The Pinnacle Club, Edgar’s Grille, Edgar’s Bakehouse, Snelling Conference Center and Edgar’s Above Broad, in addition to Edgar’s Bistro and Anderson Conference Center in Macon, Ga. Edgar’s Hospitality Group also provides event catering and manages foodservice contracts and is affiliated with Helms College, a private postsecondary school sponsored by Goodwill of Middle Georgia, Inc.

The Pinnacle Club comprises the 17th floor of Augusta, Georgia’s most prominent downtown building on the corner of 7th and Broad Streets. Members of The Pinnacle Club have celebrated family milestones, formulated civic endeavors and developed business plans while enjoying outstanding food in an elegant setting. Today The Pinnacle Club is managed by Edgar’s Hospitality Group, an award-winning mission-driven organization, which honors The Club’s storied past while elevating the member experience through innovative cuisine, modern amenities and a robust list of member benefits.

Edgar’s Bakehouse was founded to bring authentic French style pastries to Augusta. Our menu includes a wide range of coffee, artisanal breads, pastries, and sandwiches. Everything is made from scratch in house and with the highest attention to detail.

At Edgar’s Grille, we offer New American cuisine with a Southern flair. Elegant dining in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Outdoor dining is available year-round in our spacious courtyard. We proudly feature locally sourced ingredients. We not only serve delicious food, we serve the community. Edgar’s Grille is unlike any other restaurant in the Augusta area because a portion of every dollar you spend goes toward education programs, including support for Helms College. In addition, Helms College culinary students receive experiential learning opportunities through service at Edgar’s Grille.

At the Snelling Center, a portion of every dollar you spend goes toward education programs, including those at Helms College. And we have a wide range of catering options. From a breakfast buffet to a plated dinner, we offer everything to meet your needs and satisfy your palate.

The Anderson Conference Center not only provides first-class event facilities, choosing us to host your event means that you also support Goodwill’s life-changing mission.
Among the largest facilities of its kind in Georgia, the Anderson Conference Center features a large banquet room that can host up to 850 people. The conference center also offers additional rooms that can be set for smaller groups, ranging from 10 to 150 guests.

Located on the Helms College campus on Eisenhower Parkway, Edgar’s Bistro is the second hospitality venue in the building affiliated with EHG, which also manages the adjacent Anderson Conference Center. With a delectable core menu supplemented weekly with student-created specials, Edgar’s Bistro is a must-visit for locals and visitors alike.

Helms College—a private, independent postsecondary career school sponsored by Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia Inc., and authorized by the Georgia Non Public Post-Secondary Education Commission—offers accredited programs through its two hospitality schools, health services school and as well as its new school of industrial trades.
Helms College Garden
Helms College Garden is the area’s first Planned Agricultural Community, providing residents with a welcoming and relaxed rural neighborhood while maintaining convenient access to the resources of a bustling city. Built around a working farm operation, Helms College Garden focuses on farm-to-table practices and encourages healthy living.
