Edgar's Hospitality

Named for Goodwill’s founder Reverend Edgar J. Helms, Goodwill’s Hospitality Division includes: Edgar’s Bistro, Edgar’s Catering, and Edgar’s Education and Polly’s Hospitality Institute. 

Edgar’s Bistro
Edgar’s Bistro is a unique restaurant featuring contemporary, chic design located next to the Anderson Conference Center.  It is a full-service American bistro, which is open Monday through Friday offering creative, elegant fare served for lunch 11:00am to 2:00pm.
 

Edgar’s Catering
Edgar’s Catering provides on-site catering for the Anderson Conference Center, which is a contemporary conference facility featuring a large Atrium Banquet Hall and seven break-out conference rooms.  The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, conveniently located in the center of Georgia off I-475, and features one of the largest kitchens in the Southeast.
 

Polly’s Hospitality Institute (PHI)
The Polly Long Denton Hospitality and Culinary Arts Institute is the training component of Goodwill’s hospitality enterprise.  PHI offfers courses in culinary arts and graduates earn a certificate or diploma from Helms Career Institute, a SafeServ Manager Certification, and an opportunity to become certified with the American Culinary Institute.
