AUGUSTA. GA – The approaching holiday season is already at the forefront of public consciousness, as stores and restaurants play holiday music and showcase holiday décor. As Thanksgiving approaches, Edgars Grille offers a way to spend the holiday relaxing with family and friends and casting off the stress: a delicious meal can be ordered thanks to the new “Thanksgiving To-Go” menu.

Items available include the traditional turkey or ham with all the fixings and dessert: House-Made Turkey Gravy, Cranberry-Citrus Relish, Smoked Gouda Mac N’ Cheese, Sausage & Apple Cornbread Dressing, Apple Cider Glazed Carrots, Edgar’s Signature Collard Greens and Sweet Potato Soufflé with Brown Sugar Crumble.

The Thanksgiving To-Go menu can be found at EdgarsGrille.com/Thanksgiving.

Orders must be placed by November 16th; they can be submitted online. Pick-up of all orders is the afternoon of Wednesday, November 21 (earlier pick-up can take place sooner with special arrangements at the time of booking). The feasts are prepared with quality, locally sourced ingredients and the proceeds help to support the life-changing educational opportunities available through Helms College.

Edgar’s Grille and the Snelling Center are applied learning venues for students of the School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts at Helms College, which was established by Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA to provide the knowledge, skills and experiential learning students need for career success in the hospitality industry.

“Not only can people enjoy a delicious, stress-free meal at a very reasonable cost, they can appreciate the good they are doing by supporting the career development of our students at Helms College,” said Tripp Harrison, senior vice president of Edgars Hospitality Group.
