Frederick Williams is proof that love, patience and perseverance can make anyone bloom.

When starting as a Good Vocations custodian at Fort Gordon, due to his mental health history Frederick needed repeated job coaching and was assigned a partner that he says, "stuck to me like glue." Even though he had the drive to do his best, Frederick continually berated his own performance mumbling, "I'm never going to learn this job."

Team leaders and co-workers displayed constant love and patience with their teammate letting him know they believed in him; and because of this support base including his family, church and group home Frederick was recently named "most improved" and is now training new employees with his new-found confidence.
